Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Platform.
You confirm that you have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or placed on a self-exclusion register that applies to cor333. Players who have opted into a self-exclusion period may not circumvent that exclusion by creating a new Account.
cor333 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.
To use the Services, you must complete the Platform's registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must create a secure password that meets the Platform's minimum complexity requirements.
You agree to provide only truthful and accurate information during registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including false identity details intended to circumvent age or geographic restrictions — is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcodes (OTP) with any third party. cor333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately via the contact details in Clause 15.
cor333 applies mandatory identity verification (KYC) to all Accounts. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document — an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid passport. Additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds) may be requested for higher transaction volumes or as part of ongoing compliance reviews. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time thereafter.
Your Account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your Account or any Balance therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension.

Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. cor333 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts that are not registered in the same name as the cor333 Account holder. Third-party payment transactions will be rejected and refunded where possible; any refund processing fees incurred will be borne by the Player.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. cor333 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant Accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.
All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. cor333 cooperates fully with compet ent authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
cor333 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is fifteen times (15x) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, failing which the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, the following standard contribution rates apply:

Players under self-exclusion, Players with restricted Accounts, or Players who have previously been found to have abused promotional terms are not eligible for any promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cor333 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — even if cor333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, cor333's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified Balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.
cor333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months; or (e) any other circumstance in which cor333 reasonably determines that continued Account access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the financial safety of other Players.
Upon Account termination for cause, cor333 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be released (or reported to the relevant authority) following the conclusion of that investigation. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
